Order Cancellation

Our cancellation policy is built on the basis of the fairness between customers and suppliers. Moreover, it is important to note that our wigs are custom- made, and once the wig start to produce means the materials cannot be used again. We offer the cancellation instruction as follows.

Cancellation Before Payment

If you haven't paid for your order, you don't need to contact us to cancel it. We will not process your order before your payment.
Cancellation after Payment
If you have already made your payment for your order and you want to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. Usually, an order can be canceled before its shipment.
(1).Order canceled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a 90% refund.
(2). If the ordered is canceled after 12 hours, sorry to say that we will charge at least 50% the cost of the wig as the material fee we have begun producing.
(3).Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.


At our website, your satisfaction is our top priority. Before you want to return the items, first, please contact us via email to discuss the problem you are concerned about. If you want to return your order, please notify us by email or live chat firstly, stating the reason and the order number within 7 days when you received it. Your feedback is very important to us. Any items must be sent back the same as the original package stays.
All packages should be sent via a tractable method. We are not responsible for packages lost during return delivery. Please be noted that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, so please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing an order.
All wigs here are custom- made, we have no in stock, we just make the wig to the size, the color and the hairstyle as you ordered, so we are sorry to say that we can only accept quality problems and mistake delivery as returning. The wigs in the picture are all human hair and just for reference, please be subject to the real wigs you received, thanks for your understanding.

PLEASE NOTE:We will not accept any returned items by the color difference which is caused by your display monitor or the weather condition.


If you wish to receive a refund, your unsatisfied items can be partial or full refund depends on the situation:
1.You should state a specific explanation with clear corresponding photographs for the return.
2.Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service. Please allow 7-14 working days from our receipt of the returned goods to a refund to be processed.
3.You will receive a confirmation email once the refund was issued, bank needs 10-15 days to process it.
4.If the return issues are caused after you receive the wig, sorry to say that you need to pay at least 50% the cost of the wig and the postage for both sides.
5.If the return issues are caused by us, we will offer you a better compensation.
6.The original shipping charges will not be refunded. If you have any questions, or wish to discuss the returns procedure in further detail, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please note: Buyer is responsible to charge all the cost for shipping fee, tax fee while sending the items back to us, please contact with our customer service team about the shipping address.
