Color Chart

Although we have provided the wigs color chart for your reference, it still a little hard to figure out a perfect match to your own hair color just by judging the picture. We suggest you to pick the color which you think will be a close match (either slightly light or dark) and try blending it with your own hair. It will match your own hair and give you a natural look correspondingly.

Hair Length

Find Your Wig Cap Size

Note: If you are bald or do not have a hair line, then you may not need to add the inch, just simply put the tape measurement where you would like your hairline to begin with the wig. The samples below are just for your reference, these measurements will not fit everyone, someone may need a bigger or smaller size.

Measure all around the head. Position tape measure so its edge follows the hair line around the head and nape of the neck.
(Average measurement is 22 inches).

Measure from hairline at center of forehead straight back over crown to center of hairline at nape of neck. (Average measurement is 13 1/2 inches).

At front of ear, measure from hairline at base of sideburn, up across the hair line along forehead to same point in front of other ear.
(Average measurement is 11 1/2 inches).

Measure from hairline directly above the ear across top of head to the hairline directly above the other ear.(Average measurement is 11 inches).

From temple to temple across the back of head.
(Average measurement is 14 inches).

Measure the width of hairline across the nape of the neck.(Average measurement is 6 inches).

How to Apply a Wig

Braid the hair in cornrow and thoroughly wash hands to prepare for handling your Lace Front ( Remove all oils by using rubbing alcohol or witch hazel )

Cut off excess lace in the front of the wig.
( BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO CUT THE HAIR )

Place the wig on the head to check the positioning of the hairline

How To Wash A Wig

Detangle
Gently remove tangles with a wig brush or comb, working gradually from the ends to the base of the cap.
Wash
Rinse wig in cool water. Keep the water flowing in the same direction of the hair. Do not soak in basin as this will cause the hair to tangle. Distribute wig shampoo evenly throughout the hair using your fingers.
Dry
Gently press with a towel to remove excess water. Place on a folding wig stand and allow to air dry.

Processing Time, according to different products, there are different processing times. You can see more details as followings:
• Standard Order: It will take 5-7 days to produce wigs and hair extensions.
• Lace Front Wigs Order: It will take 8-12 days to produce your wigs.
• Full Lace Wigs Order: It will take 12-15 working days to produce your wigs.
• Monofilament Wigs Order: It will take 15-20 days to produce your wigs.

Delivery Time
It will take 2-4 days for you to receive your items. If you want an urgent delivery for your order, you are supposed to pay the shipping fee. Our online system will automatically calculate the shipping fee for you.

Order Cancellation

Our cancellation policy is built on the basis of the fairness between customers and suppliers. Moreover, it is important to note that our wigs are custom made, and once the wig start to produce means the materials cannot be used again. We offer the cancellation instruction as follows.

Cancellation Before Payment

If you haven’t paid for your order, you don’t need to contact us to cancel it. We will not process your order before your payment.

Cancellation after Payment

If you have already made your payment for your order and you want to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. Usually, an order can be canceled before its shipment.
(1).Oder canceled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
(2). If the ordered is canceled after 12 hours, sorry to say that we will charge at least 40% of the cost of the wig as the material fee for we have began the producing.
(3).Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled(unless there's any quality problem, please refer to our return policy).

Return

At our website your complete satisfaction is our top priority. We offer the return instruction. Before you want to return goods, please contact us via email to discuss the problem you are concerned about first. If you want to return your order, please notify us by email or live chat firstly, stating the reason and the order number within 7 days of receipt. Your feedback is very important to us. Any items must be sent back complete with the original package.
All packages should be sent via a tractable method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please pay attention to that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. So please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order.
Due to the fact that all wigs here are custom made, we have no in stock when you place the order, we need to produce the wig as the size, the color and the hairstyle as you ordered, so we are so sorry to say that we only accept quality problems and mistake delivery as returning. Thanks for your understanding.

PLEASE NOTE:We will not accept any returned items by the color difference which is caused by your display monitor or the weather condition.

Refunds

If you wish to receive a refund, your unsatisfied items can be partial or full refund depends on the situation, 1.You should state a specific explanation and clear corresponding photographs documenting the reason for the return.
2.Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service. Please allow 5-7working days from our receipt of the returned goods for a refund to be processed.
3.You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been completed. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for the funds to reflect on your account.
4.If the return reasons are caused by you after you receive the wig, sorry to say that you need to pay 50% of the cost of the wig and the postage for both sides.
5.If the return reasons are caused by us, we will do compensations for you or return the money back to you, depend on what you like.
6.The original shipping charges will not be refunded. If you have any questions, or wish to discuss the returns procedure in further detail, please do not hesitate to contact us.
