Order Cancellation

Our cancellation policy is built on the basis of the fairness between customers and suppliers. Moreover, it is important to note that our wigs are custom made, and once the wig start to produce means the materials cannot be used again. We offer the cancellation instruction as follows.

Cancellation Before Payment

If you haven’t paid for your order, you don’t need to contact us to cancel it. We will not process your order before your payment.

Cancellation after Payment

If you have already made your payment for your order and you want to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. Usually, an order can be canceled before its shipment.
(1).Oder canceled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
(2). If the ordered is canceled after 12 hours, sorry to say that we will charge at least 40% of the cost of the wig as the material fee for we have began the producing.
(3).Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled(unless there's any quality problem, please refer to our return policy).

Return

At our website your complete satisfaction is our top priority. We offer the return instruction. Before you want to return goods, please contact us via email to discuss the problem you are concerned about first. If you want to return your order, please notify us by email or live chat firstly, stating the reason and the order number within 7 days of receipt. Your feedback is very important to us. Any items must be sent back complete with the original package.
All packages should be sent via a tractable method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please pay attention to that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. So please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order.
Due to the fact that all wigs here are custom made, we have no in stock when you place the order, we need to produce the wig as the size, the color and the hairstyle as you ordered, so we are so sorry to say that we only accept quality problems and mistake delivery as returning. Thanks for your understanding.

PLEASE NOTE:We will not accept any returned items by the color difference which is caused by your display monitor or the weather condition.

Refunds

If you wish to receive a refund, your unsatisfied items can be partial or full refund depends on the situation, 1.You should state a specific explanation and clear corresponding photographs documenting the reason for the return.
2.Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service. Please allow 5-7working days from our receipt of the returned goods for a refund to be processed.
3.You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been completed. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for the funds to reflect on your account.
4.If the return reasons are caused by you after you receive the wig, sorry to say that you need to pay 50% of the cost of the wig and the postage for both sides.
5.If the return reasons are caused by us, we will do compensations for you or return the money back to you, depend on what you like.
6.The original shipping charges will not be refunded. If you have any questions, or wish to discuss the returns procedure in further detail, please do not hesitate to contact us.
